So you think that you do not have time for self-care? Think again. Here are Five 5 minute self-care strategies.

  1. Write a five item gratitude list.
  2. Say 3 affirmations aloud in front of a mirror.
  3. Book the appointment that you have been putting off.
  4. Reconnect with someone you love.
  5. Go outside to soak in the sun, rain and/or wind.

I think that we all have five minutes to take care of ourselves, to save our own life.
