For example, possible topics for the address could be emotional well-being, exploring life’s transitions and how to effectively cope, coping with change, boundaries in the workplace and at home, effective communications, human first/employee second concept and caring for self in a meaningful way. The consultation would also include if this would be a stand alone facilitation or if it would be a series. It is the consultation phase during which we look at who the client is, what they think their teams or
groups need and why. This phase will also determine which topics will be explored during the presentation and how the topic/presentation can be tailored to their needs.
